This video, available in VHS, PAL and DVD format,
provides a 50 minute beginning home practice for anyone
with a major scoliosis to minor imbalances throughout
the body. The practice is divided into three sections,
approx. 17 minutes each that can be practiced individually
or in its entirety. It also includes information on
scoliosis by an orthopedic surgeon, and a bonus section
for students, yoga teachers and health professionals
showing how to use props and specific adjustments
for poses specifically for scoliosis. The poses in
this video will empower you to take charge of your
own back to improve posture and reduce pain and discomfort.
This video is based upon a therapeutic yoga program
that Elise has developed for her own scoliosis and
has been used with clients around the world.
